ACE Brand Film
An emotive brand film that showcases a story between a mom and a deaf child. Shot in a POV of the young child, we follow the journey of a childhood battling with deafness — what it is like to be deaf and the perspective looking onto the mom’s emotions. Throughout the film, we played around with the sounds to make it more impactful and realistic to viewers, where in some places it is muffled, impaired or disjointed.
However, with proper research and gudiances from ACE they manage to overcame the obstacles and Daniel is able to regain some of his hearing back again. Here we flip the screen and we finally able to see Daniel as he is, smiling and able to speak and hear again. The sounds slowly regain back and we see a happy scene between a mom and her child.
